    We believe most concerns can — and should — be resolved through a simple conversation. Before submitting a formal Level 1 Complaint Form, we strongly encourage you to reach out directly to your child’s teacher, campus principal, or another appropriate administrator who can assist you. Early, informal communication is often the fastest and least stressful way to address questions or concerns. If you have already attempted to resolve the issue informally, or if the matter requires a formal process, you may use the Level 1 Complaint Form in the link above.
