Parents can now view what books their child has checked out and even restrict them from checking out particular books. You must be listed in Ascender on your child’s profile and you must use the email address that is in Ascender to access the Parent Library Tool. If you no longer have access to that email address or need assistance, please contact your child’s campus.

In accordance with Texas Senate Bill 13, all proposed library materials will be posted for a 30-day public review period prior to school board consideration.

Lists will be posted approximately one month before the board meeting, and public comments will close the Monday prior to the meeting to allow time for preparation. All comments received will be included with the materials presented to the board.
