Notice of Sale of Real Property Bid #2026-0002 | 308 FM 250, Marietta, TX 75566
The Board of Trustees of the Pewitt Consolidated Independent School District (PCISD) hereby provides notice that it is accepting sealed bids for the sale of district-owned real property located at 308 FM 250, Marietta, Texas 75566. The property consists of approximately 5.35 acres situated in the J. Woods Survey, Abstract No. 1073, Tract 1, in Cass County, Texas (Appraisal District Property ID No. 42181). The property is being sold "as is and where is" with no warranties. The conveyance is of the surface only; all mineral interests are reserved. The complete Bid Package, including bid forms, draft deed, and Purchase and Sale Agreement, is available for download below or upon request from the District office. All bids will be considered; however, preference will be given to bids that meet or exceed the listing price shown in the online property listing. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
